We demolished exsiting staircase installed a new staircase to improve space in the property . installation of a new kitchen major structrual changes internally steels and new joists we made a new bedroom in the space of the old staicase and installed an extra window , we also did a small refurb to the bathroom

Description:

Single story extension and change of layout we installed a low pitch design roof with a material called onduline sheeting dressed with double roman pan tiles we have installed 3 electric velux windows part of the extension has a vaulted celiing ,flat roof and and change of pitch. We have fitted a new kitchen and install 2 bathrooms and made a internal change of layout by creting a hallway , bedroom and another sitting room . we have also rewired the whole of the new extension also have fitted a new bolier, and cylinder also installed part of the extension onto a heating seperate zone
