High end flat refurbishment ,We completely gutted this dark damp flat , we rewired the flat and installed 50 sq metres of a wet under floor heating we use a dry screed to seal between the floor joists complete with new boiler and fuse board , there were minor structural works to bathroom where we demolished a wall and installed the new shower tray by opening up the room and making it into a usable space . Install washing machine and tumble dryer into a compact cupboard in the corner of the room. We installed engineered wood flooring through out the property and fitted out the whole flat from start to completion .We under took damp proofing to the rear of the property .
